Members of the ESD team who worked on improvements at Navy Pier will take part in a ribbon-cutting there to celebrate its centennial anniversary on Friday, May 27.
There’s hardly a square inch of the 3,300-foot-long pier ESD has not been involved with. From the new, taller Ferris Wheel (which will open at noon on May 27) to the South Arcade, from Polk Park to the food court, ESD’s Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) team has made sure the historic venue can be enjoyed by millions of visitors this year and beyond.
