ESD always enjoys promoting from within. This year, 25 employees have earned new job titles.
In the officer category, Keith Seier was named chief operating officer and an executive vice president while Chris Wilson became vice president, operations director.
Seier will be responsible for providing the leadership, management and vision to ensure ESD has the proper operational controls to grow the organization through its financial and information technology systems. Seier joined ESD in 2006 as a senior associate on the Plumbing team.
Wilson is dedicated to providing sustainable design solutions that improve how buildings impact our society. In 2016, he became studio leader of the Energy+Eco team, where he helped expand service offerings such as monitoring-based commissioning, building envelope commissioning and energy analytics. Wilson joined ESD in 2011 as staff engineer on the Automation team.
