Giving an A+ Intelligent-Building Pitch to the C-suite

It’s hard for leaders not to get excited about Intelligent Buildings, with their promise of enhancing a building’s value while creating incredible efficiencies. But without buy-in from the C-suite, Intelligent Buildings don’t stand a chance.

Kurt Karnatz will show how leaders can persuade the C-suite of superior return on investment during “How to Develop a Business Case and Roadmap to Building Intelligence” at NFMT 2017 in Baltimore on March 7. Karnatz will describe how to quantify the economic, environmental, experiential and social impacts and outcomes of intelligent building solutions. ESD continues to lead the industry in the area of Intelligent Buildings, exemplified by the new Zurich North America headquarters, a project where ESD provided the roadmap and implementation for the headquarters’ Intelligent Building platform.
