David Gensler is the former co-chief executive officer of Gensler, a global architecture, design and planning firm with more than $1 billion in annual revenues. Prior to his career at Gensler, David worked across a number of fields including financial services at Morgan Stanley and the Pacific Stock Exchange, technology at Microsoft and Datis Corp. and management consulting at Edgar, Dunn and Company. He has experience serving on the board of directors of numerous for-profit and non-profit firms. He manages Mes Filles Vineyard in California.
Bill Hudson is President, International, of the H.D. Hudson Manufacturing Company, a leading global manufacturer of compression sprayers and dusters. Bill is the fourth generation to participate in the leadership of the family-owned corporation, which has facilities in the United States, Mexico and China. Bill serves on the Board of Directors of Hein Electric Supply Company and Sasser Family Holdings, where he is Chairman of its Governance Committee and a member of its Audit and Compensation Committees.
Jeff Mathis has extensive experience in technology, finance and human resources. His roles have included executive compensation at Disney and Marriott, line management as a senior vice president of retail brokerage at Charles Schwab, operating management as global head of human resources and administration for algorithmic trading firm GETCO and various roles in software startups. He is currently involved in healthcare as managing partner of Aptiva Therapy LLC.
Lisa McClung is the managing principal of Lismore International, a global advisory firm. Before Lismore, Lisa held several executive roles at the William Wrigley Jr. Company, where she reinvented the firm’s $30 million global innovation strategy. She is vice president of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Chicago. She serves on boards at Rush University Medical Center, The Field Museum and Ravinia Festival. She lectures regularly at top business schools on issues related to strategic growth.
