Dentons' is a global law firm with offices across the United States including Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco. To consolidate and update their Chicago office without disrupting operations, Denton’s chose to move floors within the Willis Tower. Their relocated office consists of three floors connected by interior stairwells, each floor consisting of open office space and perimeter private offices, as well as a conference center located on the middle floor.
Each perimeter office is designed with automatic daylight harvesting which adjusts the lighting throughout the day according to the space’s level of natural lighting. The conference rooms are equipped with integrated audio visual systems including motorized shades on both the exterior windows and the interior glass walls to provide privacy, built-in speakers for audio conferencing, and wireless control panels that control everything from the sound, lighting, projection screens, and shades.
Unique features of the space also include faucets designed to dispense chilled, warm, and sparkling water; height adjustable desks, a video wall in the reception area, and touch screen room schedulers for each conference room.
