Careers Contribute to Improving Society

Our team strives to live our values and mission every day. In 1967, an energetic engineer saw opportunity where others saw too much risk and bureaucracy. Our founder, Hem Gupta, stepped into the opportunity and developed an electrical design solution that has become a standard applied to the design and construction of high-rise office buildings to this day. Mr. Gupta’s energy, curiosity, and kindness are embodied in our corporate values of respect everyone, work hard, and play to win while shaping our mission to improve society through the built environment.
